YouTubers Cody Ko and Kelsey Kreppel Slash Price of ‘Enchanting’ Malibu Compound Shortly After Welcoming Second Child

YouTube creators Cody Ko and Kelsey Kreppel are looking to offload Cranberry Ranch, their funky Malibu estate and the former home of "Legally Blonde" actress Reese Witherspoon, for $7.5 million after a second price slash.

The listing proclaims the five-bedroom, four-bathroom property is now “an undeniable value,” with the price sitting nearly $1.8 million below the initial January 2026 asking of $9.28 million—making a quick pit stop at $7.99 million in May.

Ko and Kreppel purchased the eclectic abode—which had reportedly been used as a wedding venue by Meg Haney, the owner between Witherspoon and the YouTube couple—for $7.7 million in April 2023.

Ko and Kreppel gave fellow internet personality Enes Yilmazer a tour of the compound over the summer, pointing out some of their favorite corners of the home and providing insight to their quirky design choices.

“This place is really enchanting,” said Ko, who named the property with his wife. “When you drive in, you feel the energy of the trees, and it feels like you’re in a storybook or something.”

A long private driveway leads to the 4,170-square-foot home, which sits on an 1.86-acre lot that hosts a variety of interesting additions: a detached all-glass gym, an outdoor sauna, a cold plunge, a hot tub, a permanent Airstream guest quarters, a chicken coop, a bocce court, and horse stables with a riding area.

The interior is just as eclectic, and as Ko explained, they wanted “to make it as funky as possible,” working with Los Angeles design studio Proem to bring the vision to life.

A light-flooded living room area was designed around a large, low-profile purple couch the couple admit they “spent way too much money” on before they even moved in, but looks right at home alongside a graphic, furry rug and a tiled propane fireplace.

The living room opens to a formal dining space the YouTubers often used for entertaining, opting to enjoy most of their meals as a family at a breakfast nook just under a window boasting picturesque views in the nearby kitchen.

At first glance, the kitchen appears to be among the more neutral spaces of the home. But upon closer inspection, the countertops are a muted rainbow onyx.

The primary bedroom stays connected to its peaceful Malibu surroundings with easy access to the backyard, and it's defined with a vaulted ceiling and ample windows. The primary bathroom features a double vanity, stained-glass windows, and a funky floral tub.

The nursery is a color-splashed bedroom, where pastel-hued walls and built-ins contrast against the dark, heated hardwood flooring found throughout the home.

Ko's recording studio is a highlight of the space, and will be recognizable to followers as the backdrop of his most-viewed videos.

“I want to make this look like no other studio I’ve ever been to,” he said, pointing to the “crazy” blue carpeting, “Minecraft” couch, and purple ceilings.

“I do everything in here. I spend all day long in here,” Ko added, explaining that he typically shoots up to two YouTube videos and makes music each day. In the corner, there’s a custom DJ booth. The space also includes a bathroom.

A fully-renovated barn on the property “is a social place,” where the couple primarily host gatherings. It features multiple “hangout zones,” with a king-size bed tucked away in the loft and additional spots to crash—such as a pull-out couch and a Murphy bed—scattered around the space.

The barn features a lounge and a full kitchen with a sizable island for hosting.

“We wanted people to come here and not feel like they have to drive an hour home,” said Kreppel.

Although the space is bursting with their personalities, they’ve begun to outgrow it as their family expands. Ko and Kreppel welcomed a son, Otis, in January 2024. Their second child—whose name and gender have yet to be revealed—arrived in June 2026.

In the YouTube house tour, Ko noted that despite the ample square footage of the home, much of it lies within the detached spaces, such as his recording space and the barn.

“It’s not, like, livable space for babies or toddlers,” he said, adding that the family also hopes to move closer to Kreppel’s parents.

The couple have enjoyed transforming the property, but are ready to pass it along for new people to appreciate.

“We feel like we can find something and make it our own again elsewhere,” said Kreppel.
