This Privacy Policy describes how Realty Mayday, LLC (“Provider”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Services. This Privacy Policy applies to Users accessing the Services pursuant to a subscription agreement between Provider and a subscribing organization (“Subscriber”).

2. Collection of User Data

Provider may collect the following categories of information: Contact information, Professional information, Account credentials, Profile information and Communications and content submitted through the Services. Provider may receive information about a User from other Users through platform interactions, referrals, or communications. Provider may collect information relating to use of the Services, including device information, log data, and usage patterns. Provider may use cookies and similar technologies to support functionality, improve user experience, and analyze usage.

3. Use of User Data

Provider uses information to: provide, operate, and maintain the Services, manage user accounts and access, communicate regarding the Services, including support, updates, and administrative notices, improve and develop the Services and comply with legal obligations. Provider may also use aggregated and anonymized data for analytics and product improvement.

4. Sharing of User Data

Provider may share information. If access is provided through a Subscriber, information may be accessible to authorized administrators of the Subscriber. Information shared in public or interactive areas of the Services may be visible to other users. Provider may share information with third-party vendors that support operation of the Services, Provider may disclose information as required to comply with applicable law or legal process, Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, sale, or acquisition.

5. Data Retention

Provider retains information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Retention is subject to the data return and deletion provisions of the Subscription Agreement.

 

6. Data Security

Provider maintains commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

 

7. Data Access and Control

Users may access, update, or request deletion of their information through the Services or by contacting Provider. Subscriber may request access to or export of Subscriber Data in accordance with the Subscription Agreement.

8. Breach

Provider will notify Subscriber of any unauthorized access to or disclosure of Subscriber Data of which Provider becomes aware, without unreasonable delay and in accordance with applicable law.

9. Changes

Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by other reasonable means.
